I have worked for 35 years in medical healthcare settings, psychiatric inpatient and residential care, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, substance use disorder programs, and outpatient psychiatric care.

Who I Treat
I provide outpatient telepsychiatry services in Washington State. This lets me provide you with stable, long-term treatment rather than getting a new provider if you or your provider leaves the area. You must be located in Washington state for me to see you.

My mission is to remove barriers to mental health care by providing compassionate, personalized, and accessible treatment. I particularly enjoy working with family systems as parents navigate challenging situations.

I see ages 7 and up; however, it is important to consider if a virtual visit is best for your situation. Young children and individuals with very severe symptoms may benefit from a provider that has an in-person option.

Who I Treat

Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families

Areas of Specialization
I understand how difficult it is when you or someone you love has chronic emotional dysregulation. Often, this is accompanied by non-suicidal self-injury and suicidal ideation, and it affects everyone in the loved one's circle. I work with families to help them learn validation skills, broaden their understanding, and manage their own distress, which can improve the relationship with your loved one.

Learning to strengthen our innate awareness, compassion, and wisdom has a powerful impact on our brain plasticity and, ultimately, our well-being and the well-being of those around us. I am training to become an Anywhere Anytime Meditation Instructor with the Tergar Meditation Community of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche to offer this valuable resource.

Areas of Specialization

Neurodivergence, Emotional Dysregulation, and Meditation
